I assume you need it for your new help system. The HTML Help Compiler can convert old help projects. I assume it will do the required conversions.

If you insist on doing it from VFP, you might try Word Automation: use Word to open the document, then "Save As", in HTML format. Do all this with Automation, from VFP.
