Is the pageframe you are adding the page to a subclass that's been defined with 6 pages?

>I added a page to my pageframe, then changed to PageOrder property to 5 (it was 7 by default). It looks fine in the development environment, but when I run the form, the PageOrder is back to 7. What am I missing?
