You can easily run a web server on WinME like I do, for example let's have a look www.eetasoft.ee/ewebserv.htm, it's 100 % VFP.

EetaSoft use MS Winsock (singlethread) component, but you can use others one like PowerTCP or SocketQ (multi-thread).
