Found the problem.

In looking at the VGS.pjx file, I found that the "Type" of the ProcFile record was "x". A program file should have a "Type" of "P". I deleted the record, added the ProcFile back to the project and that solved the problem.

As it turns out, that was just the tip of the iceberg. Apparently the whole .pjx table got corrupted somewhere along the way and the ProcFile just happened to be showing up at the head of the list.

I'll try to reconstruct the .pjx table.
