I have a somewhat complicated report that has two levels of groups and I'm trying to print on letterhead paper with a 2" top margin. I don't know why Foxpro only lets us set the left margin and not the top margin. Anyway, the report has a title component that prints at the top of page 1 and a group header component that prints on all the pages (including page 1).

My problem is that due to the 2" margin requirement, on page 1 there is a 2" blank space between the title component and the group component. How can I get rid of this space?
