you can copy the ocx to system32 or system (depends on OS) and register with
regsvr32.you can check for ocx in your starup prg and if not exist regsiter it.

Or copy VCX to C:\Windows NT\SYSTEM 32 ?

I may do RegsVr32 with my class ?
I may do RegsVr32 with ocx ?
