Yes, a live connection is needed for this project. The application must be running on the server but the input and data retrieval is done on the portable device, it's much like a dummy-terminal philosophy but I don't know where to start. I found some libraries that come along with SQL that allows the developer write and compile E/SQL apps (Embedded SQL) I'm considering this last thing of developing the app using C++ but I wanna run out of possibilities on using Fox for this project.
