I know that there is a way to justify the column headings when you're adding them:

o.Columns.Add("MyHeadingCaption", 100, HorizontalAlignment.Center);

I'm not sure what you'd need to do to justify the data in the columns, as I haven't had to mess with that as yet. But I'm sure there's gotta be a way to do it ...
