The person you are referring to is most likely me.

When I say lack of resources, I am referring to the amount of revenue VFP generates and how that translates into what goes into the product. There is no question that VFP has resources. Compared to the amount of personell that worked on the product in the days of 3.0 and 5.0, the numbers are way down. If you ever get a chance to go to Redmond, look at the composite picture of the staff that worked on 3.0 and 5.0, and compare that to the number of people that work on the product to day. It is a verifiable fact, the numbers are way down. Then again, maybe the product does not require the staff it once had. And, as Ken has said, limited, very limited marketing dollars, will be used to promote the product, but not beyond the current customer base.

FWIW, the resources most people are concerned with are marketing resources, which are quite limited...
