Glad you got it working. The story on the program is that John wrote it based on work I had done (that's why both of our names are on it). My version, as I recall, is different from his in that I loaded an array (for help with any necessary debugging) and used the low level file I/O functions. I believe that John concatenated a string and used STRTOFILE().

IAC, I really don't know now who's responsible for maintaining the program. It was written before John went to work for Microsoft. If the problem you encountered was caused by an error in his code, it's pretty easy to fix. However, I can't say for certain one way or another.
