If the grid is not horizontally scrollable then you can just increase the header height property of the grid and place a label appropriately positioned over the header of that column. Put one line of the caption in the header of the column and the other in the caption of the label. If the grid is scrollable horizontally then you would need to write the code that moved the label when the grid scrolled.
