As of this morning, no. I posted a message there 4 months ago re: a new ISX/VFPLE forum, and today posted a reply to the moderator who finally responded. If you're so inclined Goto http://community.installshield.com/showthread.php?threadid=95150 and post your opinion (I think you have to register to post).
