I think I found all the typo's. However, as I loop the variable lni becomes 3 which is outside the index. Recall that loDrives.count returns 2. So I get invalid index error. But like I said loDrives.count returns 2 and not 5???

Can you provide a link to find out about "loNet.EnumNetworkDrives" ?
