You are suggesting that line 1 of the listbox can be blue, and line 2 red, and line 4 orange.

The only way I'm aware of is using a popup as a rowsource, as mentioned in Re: Color coded list box? Thread #563047 Message #563074. But this method does not involved the color properties of the listbox.

Are you suggesting a different method?
