Apparently I am the only one here unfamiliar with it. I have heard "fanning the flames" many times but never "fanning the embers" until now. Jim still had it the wrong way around when he said someone was putting out embers before they could turn into fire, but whatever. This isn't important enough to keep going around and around about.
