Yes, 'regserver' and 'sharedfile' are required as in the following example from my script for one of the files of Dynazip, a third-party zip archiving utility I use in my application:
Source: "C:\ETW_gold\DUZACTX.DLL"; DestDir: "{app}"; CopyMode: alwaysskipifsameorolder; Flags: restartreplace sharedfile regserver
