Most (if not all) of my applications are installed on NT or W2K Server based LANs. Since I'm no longer in DOS-land, I don't have to map drives to letters anymore and prefer to use UNCs.

The installation dialog that Codemine presents us with uses the native VFP GetDir() function to fill in the 3 paths on the second screen of the installation dialog.

I have tried Andrew Coates solution ("GetFolder()") -- after subclassing the original dialog. It works beautifully in the IDE but when I build the EXE and execute it, it gives me some errors ("Error at line 0 of releasemembers, LOMEMBER is not an object - in "struct" class).

Has anyone come up with a solution that allows us to access unmapped LAN drives?
