I agree entirely. However, the problem with good management is that even when you have it, it doesn't last very long. Eventually there is a turnover and once again-it is time for a union. However, very seldom are the unions any better than management!

>Agreed....although in my experience if you truely have "good management", you won't have a Union present. I have been in both situations and would take the "good management" situation any day. They are getting very hard to find. Unfortunately, the bottom line usually gets in the way...turning good management to bad and causing unhappy campers throughout the organization....
