That's for sure!
Because of state laws and IRS rules we can't expose our data to internet connections nor would we ever put it into propriatary data formats for which no export tools are available.
VFP is the best GUI RAD tool in the WinXX environment, period. However, because we see MS turning it into an orphan, and because MS says it will discontinue support for NT, Win98 and W2K in the near future, in their attempt to force customers to upgrade to XP, we are in the process of becoming platform independent by using platform independent browsers as our GUI front end and platform independent databases on the back end. We truely cannot afford to be part of a train wreck that is obviously coming.
