Tooltips over each of them represent the assignation.

Three diamonds means the user is online, two means the user was recently online in the last two hours, and one means the user is offline.

You can also turn that off from your account settings. We also added another option to turn off the member ID next to each profile on top of each message.

Those additions were part of a series of additions last night. Some of them came from the Task Tracker. One relate to have the ability to send directly a private message from Dashboard, when monitoring some members, without going to the profile first. Another one also allow to turn off underline for hyperlinks in the map of messages.
