I'm looking for opportunities to learn about writing FLL's/DLL's for VFP. Having trouble finding a reference that provides a consolidated and well organized approach. Most of my C progamming is in a non-WinTel environment (mostly VAX/VMS). I would like to find a reference that starts at the beginning, kind of like Petzold's book for windows programming, but focuses on creating DLLs/FLLs/ActiveX for somebody with a background in non-Wintel C programming.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
