I guess, it could be done, but it's not trivial. I would suggest you to check Alexander Grigoriev Container with scrollbars in Download section here and also contact Vlad Grynchyshyn to get ideas about scrolling...

I would not attempt to even try it (unless I have a very need for this), but if you would be able to make it work and post it here, then many UT members will appreciate it.
