>As you should know by now Windows 2000 is not really plug and play as mentionned in microsoft product but plug and pray. what you can to get your driver working properly you should check you Ethernet card from which factory 3 com / trend etc.. then you can find the right driver or by looking at the internet and download it. and make sure it is signed to work on windows 2000 because not all driver work in windows 2000.
