Its a while since I built a new project, but one of the things that come to mind is the number of files limit on the root directory. From memory its 112, but if you put a label on the Floppy during Formatting then the setup will abort if it is using a lot of small files, as there is only 111 spots available on the FAT, so don't put Labels on and a work around is to tell the setup that you are using 1.2 floppies , then copy the results onto 1.4's
