You need to "set printer to" after the print job to tell win2k that the print job is done. Windows NT had the same problem.

>I am running an old clipper ms-dos program under windows 2000 professional.
>Part of item is printed then a 30 second pause before the rest is printed.
>or when the pause happens I exit MS-dos program then rest is printed.
>I cannot change the ms-dos program.
>With all else the same but running under win95,win98,win98se there is no problem.
>can I tell win2000 to respond like win98?
>or do I have to clean the disk and load win98 on the computer?
