Using ??Chr(7) scrap my screen

I can not replicate this behaviour (except cases I already mentioned). So I have no other ideas. Does ?chr(7) works the same way as ??chr(7)?

>The problem is within the form: all the objects (labels, images, buttons, etc...) are redrawing a little bit higher than previously. If you simply put a command ??chr(7) in the clic method of a button, you will see what I mean.
