We have a few users that access our app via Citrix. Our app uses aprinters() also and we have not experienced any problems (yet). It may have something to do with how your citrix is configured for printing to local printers...(?)
I'm curious as to your specific problem (can you post the code that uses aprinters() and I'll compare it to ours?) with this and what the resolution turns out to be.
