I reinstalled SDT and then tried your suggestion about removing and adding SFCtrls.vcx back into the project.

It removed OK, but when I tried adding it back in, I'm told it is already there, even though I had removed it (and even packed it). In looking at the .pjx table, I see a record with a name of SFCtrls.vcx and a Type of "L". Should this be present ?
