HTML does not handle that. I would think something could be done in a script so that it would load one page or the other if they had MS explorer, but that leaves out other browsers. Even if you did, it would mean two versions of every page. I suspect that is more trouble than it's worth.

I usually make my pages for 800 x 600. This allows everyone to see the whole page width. But, I use a big enough font so that the hires folks don't see the font too small.

On my home page I went ahead and put notes on how to change your resolution on an "About" page just in case someone complained.
