Have you ever tried to register a dll like this:

regsvr32 "c:\somewhere\doit.dll"

and get this error:
LoadLibrary ("c:\somewhere\myDll.dll") failed
GetLastError returns 0x00000485

I only get this on "Windows 98" (second addition also)
