>I have a user with the identical version of my VFP application running on Novell Servers (v4) at two different locations. One of the functions of the app is to create a new DBC containing around 100 DBF tables. These are created using CREATE DATABASE followed by CREATE (SQL) commands to add them to the database.
>Site A runs perfectly
>Site B stops creating tables after the first 6 or so and then fails because the tables it is instructed to open is not there.
>User has full rights and their is plenty of space on both server and local machine. The problem occurs on all machines tried (all running Win 98 and Novell Client v3.3)
>I have a number of other users with similar configurations, but this is the only one with this problem. My user's IT manager claims the settings and environments are virtually identical at both sites.
>
>In the past I have seen a similar problem with Novell Client v3.1 but here the message "Too Many Files Open" was displayed - not so in this case. That earlier problem was fixed by upgrading to Client 3.3
>
>Something is clearly amiss on Site B - any suggestions would be gratefully received (and would earn at least a couple of beers at VFP Devcon FLA).
