I installed SP3 to Win2K Pro late last week. Reading this I just tried starting FPW 2.6a and it came up OK. I opened/BROWsed FoxHelp without problem.

I only have a 850mhz machine to try it on though.

IF you specified to retain fallback capability on the SP3 install you could try reverting to see if that really is the problem.
