>>Have you ever thought there may be such a thing as independent thinking?

>Parents teach what they believe to their children. No matter how independent minded you are, your belief is a by product of what you read? what you hear? what you feel?
And so what, nothing ever changes?
Yes, product of what you hear, read etc... so who's telling you what to read? Or do you choose your literature yourself? Don't you assess what you read, don't you think about it, draw your own conclusions? Independent thinking doesn't exist in a vacuum, it happens in a society. The extent of independence may vary, but it exists.
> You and Mike's belief already exists around the corner.
I didn't claim originality. Among five billion people, any idea was already invented. I also didn't claim I was part of any organization or siding with anyone. I was just voicing my opinion, no more, no less.
