Cetin,
Thank you. It still does not work for me anywhere on available PC(Windows NT, Windows98, VFP6 SP5, VFP7 SP1, network connected, stand alone PC).
I posted this question on other forum too, and got the mixed answers. Somebody got what I did, another can run it in VFP7 but not in VFP6 on the very same PC, others have no problems.

Sure before posting this I dug into MSDN, but did not find anything usefull.
So if you have any idea on what could be the reason, and how to overcome it, I would be glad to hear it.
