I prefer the full version so if you can sell the upgrade version to someone else, go ahead. If I find a way for the company that I work for to purchase your upgrade version and reimburse me, then I may be interested. I say this because the company I work for has several older full versions of Crystal that might qualify me to purchase and install an upgrade version, but I don't know for certain.
