Good grief Jerry... You know as well as anyone else that the marketplace is amoral. If you want Microsoft to behave 'better' then convince each of the 50,000+ employees to swear allegiance to a personal code of ethics. The human condition is such that we both know that there are going to be cases where bad things hapen. That's why we have laws.
