It's most definately a serious bug, I'm not arguing about that. Fatal exceptions will cause the loss of other unsaved work so it's pretty bad.
The bug probably stems from the the way the parameter statement is being retrieved from the methods memo. Long property values assigned on the property sheet can also cause oddities. I was only trying to give some reasons for why it's not a bug that many people will run into.
