Are you saying you append blank before the init of your form fires? I set my buffering in my form init, because I know the tables are open, but I also *know* that I won't have done anything to the table before it fires. So, either you would need to move your append or your buffering. Moving the append to the form's init, after setting your buffering seems to me might help.
