Which ever one you can afford. Really. I personally get the Universal, but that's only because I do a lot of things in addition to development. Even it has stuff I'll never use. If you are planning on doing a lot of SQL Server development, you might want to opt for the Enterprise edition. Eventhough MSDE comes with VFP 7, it does not have the Enterprise Manager (as well as other tools) which can very helpful if you are interest in learning DBA stuff too.
