I'm starting to understand "caspol" but the one thing that still confuses me is which machine are they referring to? My local machine or the machine that is the server? And if it is the server, than how to I get the "caspol" to work on it? Does .NET need to be installed on that machine as well?

As you can tell, I'm new at working with .NET and everything related to it.
