I just found out why my forms weren't being pulled in to the Control Group permissions: I'm supposed to have filled in the form property cCSControlGroupIDs for each form.

However, I don't have any idea what that property is, nor what is supposed to be in that field. I can't find it described in the User Guide or in their FAQs. I'm at another location, so I don't have my technical documentation with me. And, I don't have 2 or 3 days to wait for the turnaround on the ProMatrix e-mail tech support.

Can someone please help?!
