Sure, but why do you care? What difference does it make?

However, to answer your question... I developed in-house applications using VFP6 on W2K. I have also used C and C++, VB 5.0, and some other tools.

I started with FP 2.5 and was thrilled with the power of VFP5 and VFP6 when we upgraded. I still am. VFP6 is a fine tool, despite its warts. However, the higher ups have made a decision to curtail exploding hardware costs for higher performance machines, higher license fees that include more restrictions and loss of control, and higher maintainence costs by moving to a platform independent tool set using Oracle and Netscape. This way we don't have to contantly upgrade CPU power and RAM requirements just to run increasingly bloated apps at the same speed as their previous versions on lessor hardware. So, of late, I spend more of my time developing in Oracle. I would prefer PostgreSQL... ;-)
