How can I fix a memo file for a vcx if vfp says it's invalid?

With my class library included, I cannot build an exe for my project because an error pops up telling me the memo file is missing or invalid ( the memo file is there so I guess it's invalid ). Strangely though, when I remove the class library from the project and try to build the exe, vfp is able to compile. More strangely I find is that I can open any of the classes in the library and modify it.

Thanks in advance to anyone who may have the time to answer this. By the way, I'm using vfp version 6.
