Disregard, I failed to mention that I installed/upgraded to Outlook XP/2002 and that somehow my settings in OE were overwritten. Particularly in the Security options where it says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be potentially be a virus"... Anyways, false alarm :)
