I'm also having problems with debugging my ASP.Net app. I had a look at the links you posted and still can't figure out what problem is.

When I set a breakpoint and run the app, the breakpoint symbol has a question mark and the tooltip text is:
The breakpoint will not currently be hit.  No symbols have been loaded for this document.
One of the suggestions in the document refers to the 'modules' window. ("Please make sure that the expected DLL is loaded with matched debug symbol file. You can check it with “Modules” window.") Is the modules window a C# thing - because I can't seem to find it ...
