Tracy,

I've finally had some sort of response from the site and I believe that option (1) is the culprit. When they do a properties on any of their mapped drives the Total disk space is 0 and the available is 1.99.

I didn't have much luck with what version they are running just Novell Client 32 for Windows 95 - they couldn't find a version number (would you happen to know where they should look for that?).

Do you know if one of the patches will correct the above?
