I'm wondering, how many judges submitted the scores for Desktop and Internet applications.

For instance, I checked the scores yesterday and the Russian team took a big lead in Internet application and was 5% at the top from the nearest opponent (Canada) in the overall standing. Today I checked the scores again, and the Russian team is at the 3rd place in Internet in all categories and at the 3rd place overall. How this huge difference could be explained?

How long should we wait for the final scores in both applications?

Could it be that one judge didn't receive the new link to Russian WEB-site?
