I understand it. However, the Rules said: Judging period for Desktop application is from August 1 till August 15th and for Internet from August 3rd till August 17th. Today is August 19th. According to my calculations, one judge didn't submit scores for Desktop and two judges didn't submit scores for Internet application yet. Also I want to make sure, that all judges have the new link to Russian team WEB project, because we changed our IP address...
