Well it occured to me I might be able to hack it. It seems that if you change the order in the form.scx table of the form's name (look at the object field) IN Reserved3

It changes the order. However this only works for user defined methods, I don't know what it does with predefined events (e.g. Init), but adding *Init doesn't work.
