Michel, I'm sorry. I was brief on this (expecting you to have followed the problem from the start; I explained it in an earlier message in this thread).

The "Survey topic" referenced to a Topic at this website. I've made a UTTest Topic which you will find somewhere near the top after clicking "Changes" in the top frame (it's Wiki-like). It also shows the error.

Please feel free to adjust this Topic for test-purposes, but then first add your name into the WhoAmI link (top frame). Edit won't be allowed otherwise.

I have tested it at home as well with the same result (also IE5.5 and btw also W2K). An NT4 with IE5.5 has the same problem.
